So I finally caught a glimpse of the new Real World. This show continues to pretend to push the bounds of society and social acceptability. Can someone please explain to me why the homosexual has to take the transgender person out to dinner to have the conversation. Why didn't the homosexual take the mormon out to dinner to come out about his relgion? Or why didn't he take out the hetreosexual to come out about his sexuality?
And then when they are at dinner, the latino homosexual male says to the caucasian transgendered heterosexual "we are different than everyone in that house." Well no shit dumbass, everyone is different from everyone in that house. Just because you label your lifestyle as alternative doesn't seperarate you from the person in the military.
I cant wait until the day when we can learn true acceptability and not have "normal" vs "alternative." I'm a white male heterosexual and don't idenify as normal, or alternative. Ignornance disguised as understanding is the true barrier holding back our society.
PS - This season is going to suck.
